Concordiae concert at St. Mary'sConcordiae Concert –
Sunday, November 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the church – Per Fr. Newman’s bulletin letter, “the choral ensemble Concordiae will perform a concert of sacred music under the direction of our choirmaster Arlen Clarke.”  This will include Bach’s Magnificat and Handel’s Messiah.  While the concert is free, a suggested donation of $20 per attendee is requested in order to benefit the American Guild of Organists and the Young Organist Scholarship Fund.

 

 

 

How to Read the Bible at St. Mary'sHow to Read the Bible: What Every Catholic Needs to Know About Scripture – Saturday, December 6th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  This half-day workshop will begin with Mass and will then feature talks by Fr. Newman, T.J. Nielsen, and Fr. Chalmers.
