Our Lady of the Rosary is inviting all to gather for 40 continuous hours before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament to pray publicly and privately for a greater respect for the sanctity of human life. Come for a short visit with Our Lord or stay as long as you like. Adoration will begin after the 5:00 pm March 9 Sunday Mass and conclude on Tuesday at 10:00 am with a procession, benediction, and final reposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Our special guest will be Father Denis Wilde from the Priests for Life. He will celebrate Mass at 5:00 and then open the 40 Hours Devotion with the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and a powerful homily on the sanctity of life. Daily Mass will be celebrated at the regular time on Monday and Tuesday. Deacon Ballard will close the 40 hours on Tuesday at 10.00 am.

During the 40 Hour Devotion, there will be Bible readings, the Rosary for Life, the Divine Mercy and Infant of Prague Chaplets, Litanies, Lives of the Saints, pre-recorded music, and time for personal prayer. A schedule of hourly events can be emailed to participants.

This event is open to all. To sign up for an hour or more, contact Victoria Norris at 864.967.2713 or gvnorris@charter.net.
